We have leveled and aligned upper teeth and mesialized the tooth#12,13 and slightly procline them along with tooth#11 to create overjet. As well as we have left the ideal space for tooth#21 for future implant and slightly rotate the forward tooth#22 and 23 to get them into correct alignment. Engagers are placed as per need.
